Ewelina Wernik

Ewelina specializes in civil and commercial law. She has experience in the field of comprehensive services for business entities, in particular in the field of establishing commercial companies, drawing up and giving opinions on commercial contracts.

In her professional practice, she has conducted many cases in the field of family law, representing clients in cases for divorce, division of joint property, limitation of parental authority, or concerning the regulation of contacts between parents and children.

Ewelina's area of ​​interest is medical law, in particular court proceedings in cases of compensation for the so-called medical errors and in cases of criminal liability of doctors, hospitals for damage caused to a patient in the course of performing medical activities.

Ewelina is fluent in German, including legal terminology (deutsche juristische Fachsprache).
