Katarzyna Hołownia

Katarzyna specializes in legal representation of clients in courts with a particular focus on the civil, labour and corporate law, including co-creation of procedural strategies in court proceedings, as well as corporate legal services for business entities taking part in projects providing business solutions for private sector, including the transformation of companies and legal advice in the field of contact law, in particular contract negotiations for entities from the real estate, industrial production and services sectors. Before starting her legal practice in a law company, she was responsible for legislation drawing up projects of acts and their amendments at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.

Katarzyna works in both Polish and English.

Education:

Legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (2014 - 2016).

Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, majoring in law (2012) and European studies (2009).
