Krzysztof Cieplucha

Krzysztof is an attorney-at-law, a member of the Bar Association in Łódź. He specializes in civil law, commercial companies law and real estate law. His practice includes comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, in particular advising on issues related to the conclusion and performance of contracts in business transactions. He prepares and evaluates contracts, as well as recommends ways to properly secure receivables resulting from contracts. Krzysztof also deals with cases such as compensation for damage for non-performance or improper performance of a contract, cases for payment of contractual penalties, cases related to claims under warranty for defects. He has experience in handling investment (development) processes and conducting disputes in the context of construction contracts. He also advises on matters related to real estate transactions and their commercialization.

Krzysztof participates in the processes of establishing family foundations, in particular he supports clients at the stage of organizing the structure of a family foundation, prepares the statutes of family foundations, and represents family foundations in the organization at the stage of registration in the register of family foundations.

Krzysztof also specializes in legal representation before courts in the field of civil law, commercial law and labor law.
