Magdalena Jankowska

Magda has been associated with Hauszyld i Partnerzy for over 10 years.

In her practice, she deals with broadly understood commercial company law. She advises on planning and manages reorganization and restructuring processes of enterprises (transformations, mergers, divisions) both in large capital groups and family businesses.

Magda advises on mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through transaction structuring and preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. She supports clients in developing an effective corporate structure as well as ongoing corporate services.

Magda participates in preparing, giving opinions and conducting negotiation processes of all types of civil law contracts.

She advises on the purchase and sale of real estate, starting from examining the legal status of the real estate, through negotiating the terms of purchase or sale of real estate, to preparing or giving opinions on draft contracts in this area.

Magda supports Clients in administrative and court-administrative proceedings regarding the construction process, including related to the issuance of decisions on development conditions and land development, building permits and others, as well as in other proceedings related to the Clients' business, including the field of Environmental Protection Law.

Education:

University of Warsaw, Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, master's degree in journalism. Completion in 2011.

University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, master's degree in law. Graduating with honors in 2013.

Attorney training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, attorney since 2017, passed the attorney exam with distinction.

2019 – entry on the list of legal advisers at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

2019 – tax advisor exam passed with a positive result.
