Tomasz Oleksiewicz

Tomasz provides legal services in the field of broadly understood civil and economic law, in particular court disputes (commercial and civil), commercial law, contract law, e-commerce, and consumer law. His practice includes comprehensive services for entrepreneurs such as commercial law companies, sole proprietorship, and other business entities. He also provides legal services to consumers.

On a daily basis, Tomasz provides legal assistance to the law firm's clients in the field of their current operation, in particular - drawing up contracts in a way that optimally protects the client's interests, providing ongoing legal consultations, negotiations with contractors, representation in registration proceedings before the National Court Register, comprehensive services for companies' activities (including establishing companies, carrying out changes in companies, handling meetings, supporting management boards, implementing transformations), representing in disputes at the pre-trial and court stages, preparing analyses and legal opinions, and enforcing consumer rights.

Education:

Attorney-at-law training at Warsaw Bar Association completed with honors. Attorney-at-law since 2022.

A graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He completed a master’s degree in law in 2017.
