Tomasz Pałasz

Tomasz provides comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs (among others from the medical and IT industry), including commercial companies and sole proprietorships, as well as non-governmental organizations. He helps clients in drawing up agreements and negotiating with contractors (including agreements on intellectual property rights, data processing), and supports them in proceedings before the National Court Register and authorities (inter alia company formation, implementation of corporate changes, carrying out transformations).

He advises clients at all stages of real estate trading (among others acquisitive prescription, due diligence analysis of the legal status of real estate, making contributions in kind, counteracting expropriation), as well as in the process of tax optimization of individual commercial transactions and in the selection of the most advantageous form of business taxation.

He represents clients in court proceedings (among others in cases concerning medical malpractice or professional liability), as well as in administrative proceedings before ministries, central and local administration and in tax proceedings before tax offices.

Education:

Attorney-at-law training at Warsaw Bar Association completed with honors. Attorney-at-law since 2021.

A graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration, Master’s degree with honors in law, year of completion 2017.
