Radosław Kołodziej

Radek has been engaged in the projects involving verification and organisation of the real estate  legal status and preparation for investment purposes. He gives advice on various types of real estate transactions (lease, rent, sale, sale-and-lease-back agreements, etc.). He conducts administrative and court proceedings regarding, inter alia, perpetual usufruct fees, betterment and planning fees, real estate taxes, expropriation and return of expropriated property, division of property, change of use of real estate or municipalities obligation to purchase private water supply and sewerage.

He supports investors at all stages of construction development process. Helps them to obtain administrative decisions related to construction processes. He prepares and negotiates, e.g. contracts for geodetic and cartographic construction, design work, construction work, consortia, investment substitution. His experience also includes the development of line-investments – he has coordinated, in legal terms, an international project of the construction of a pipeline for petroleum products transmission. Whenever a conflict cannot be resolved through negotiation, he conducts litigation regarding for instance construction disputes.

Radek also provides his advisory services to entities in the energy sector, in particular, to producers of renewable energy. He supports them throughout the investment process, as well as at the stage of energy production and sale. He has experience in transactions of acquisitions, including companies involved in the energy production.

He is a member of the Board of the XIII S3 Division of the Military University of Technology of the Polish Paratroopers Association. Provides legal service to the Polish Army Now Foundation.

Education:

Maria Curie-Skłodowska University:  Master’s degree at the Faculty of Law, 2002.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Attorney-at-law since 2006.

Warsaw School of Economics: The postgraduate course in the investment process in the construction industry, completed in 2013.
