Michał Hauszyld

Michał is the practician with many years of experience both in the profession of legal adviser and manager in a large corporation in the chemical industry. He specializes in all areas of real estate and investment process in the construction industry. He has practical experience in the development, regulation and restructuring properties with different functions. Michał also has extensive experience in transactions of acquisitions in the chemical and energy industry for both the sellers and buyers. He participated with success in the restructuring of companies, including those operating in the foreland of bankruptcy, supporting their managements when making difficult and complex decisions. In the legal work he always tries to implement design approach aimed at achieving a specific business purpose.

He established his professional experience between 2008 and 2014 in the Capital Group Ciech - as CEO of Ciech-Service sp. z o.o., The Chairman of the Task Force for the Development of Real Estate in Ciech S.A. and Director of Asset Management and Environmental Protection in Ciech S.A. He has experience as a Member of the Supervisory Boards of: Alwernia S.A., Cheman S.A. and as Chairman of the municipal company Mareckie Inwestycje Miejskie sp. z o.o.

Education:

Master’s degree in law, Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
Attorney-at-law training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers  in  Warsaw.
