Personal rights

We represent our Clients in matters regarding protection of personal rights, by combining our theoretical knowledge and litigation expertise.  Our legal support is related to the issues of protection of personal rights, arising mainly from the Civil Code, copyright and Press Law.

We offer assistance to Clients who have breached personal rights, as well as those whose rights have been violated.

Being aware of the specific nature of such matters, we do not limit ourselves to litigation, and offer help in resolving such disputes amicably.

We also provide assistance in terms of criminal aspects of protection of personal rights, i.e. in matters of insult and defamation.

In addition, we help entities actively using their image for the purposes of their professional activity. We prepare and give opinions on agreements, and negotiate the terms of the right to use the image of our Clients. Our team members have extensive experience in consultancy related to the formal and legal preparation of various types of media and advertising campaigns, organisation of concerts, music videos etc.
